The Brotherhood Will Be Coming “Prepared & Strong” to Corporate America
ALL Members of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. are encouraged to participate in our Midwestern Regional Convention, Annual Career Connections Professional Recruiting Event on Friday, April 13th, 2018 from 9:00am to 4:00pm. This event is hosted by the 86th Midwestern Regional Conference Committee in conjunction with the Regional Host Chapter, Iota Lambda. This year’s convention will host over 800 diverse Alpha Men, representing 12 states and Canada. Convention attendees will range from College Brothers seeking Internships, New Graduates seeking Professional Employment as well as “Seasoned” Alumni Brothers, who are Established Industry/Business Professionals.
Career Connect Agenda:
- 9:00am – 4:00pm – Companies will provide a short presentation showcasing their company to the Brotherhood. Immediately following, Resume Submission(s) and Potential Candidate Interviews will occur.
- Although resumes will be accepted on site, we STRONGLY request that ALL resumes be sent prior to the event by using the below form or by email to careerconnect@alphaindianapolis.com. Early resume submissions will be prescreened by employers and hiring managers prior to the event, which may enhance the possibility for an on-site interview!
- To compliment online resume submissions to the portal, have several extra copies on hand. We’ll publish the list of participating companies prior to the event.
